The 88phx platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. To register an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process. Each individual may hold only one active 88phx account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 88phx uses technical and manual processes to detect duplicate registrations. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88phx account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. 88phx will never ask for your full password through any channel including live chat, email, or telephone. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact 88phx support immediately.
Before processing your first withdrawal, 88phx is required by law to verify your identity. You will be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, Philippine Passport, or Driver's License) and may be asked to provide proof of address. KYC verification is a regulatory requirement, not optional. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period may be suspended or closed.
Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 88phx will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered user before applying any dormancy handling procedures. Dormant account balances are subject to applicable Philippine law requirements regarding unclaimed funds.
All transactions on 88phx are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Where a User's payment method operates in a different currency, the conversion will be handled by the respective financial institution at the prevailing exchange rate, and 88phx is not responsible for any resulting currency conversion fees or rate discrepancies.
The minimum deposit amount on 88phx is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash, PayMaya, and most bank transfer channels are credited to your 88phx wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied; (c) the withdrawal method must match a payment method previously used to deposit into the account or must be verified through additional identity checks; and (d) the minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

All content on the 88phx platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, data compilations, and database structures, is the intellectual property of 88phx or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88phx platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content.
88phx collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 88phx and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or business interruption.
88phx's total liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the value of the User's verified account balance at the time the claim arose.
88phx does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 88phx will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to rectify any technical issues promptly.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 88phx's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded under Philippine law.
88phx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User's account at any time, with or without notice, if 88phx reasonably believes that the User has: (a) violated any provision of these Terms; (b) engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct; (c) provided false information during registration or KYC; or (d) where continued operation of the account poses a risk to other players, the platform, or third parties.
A User may close their 88phx account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance in the account will be returned to the User via a supported payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements, pending bets, or compliance checks are resolved. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
88phx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will be posted prominently on the 88phx platform with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of the 88phx platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the 88phx platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Users agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting 88phx customer support. 88phx will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through its internal dispute resolution process within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal complaint.
For gaming-related disputes that cannot be resolved through the 88phx internal process, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, whose regulatory authority encompasses the platform's gaming operations.
